Verse of the Week

Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you. {Ephesians 4:31-32}

    I like this a lot. I have seen too many friendships, had too many people leave church, and their faith, because of discord among brothers and sisters. We are all in the family of God; we may not agree with everything everyone says or does, but we are family and should be there for one another. Being wiling to forgive in an instant and repair our relationships with each other rather than letting it go and leaving.

      I couldn’t agree more. We are called to be unified. While differences are bound to occur, we are still supposed to be one in Christ.

        Yes, we are still human, and we will disagree, but God is our goal, not fame or seeking to be proven right. God our King is who we seek to honor and give glory to.
